Day 1: Guwahati to Wari Chora

Distance: ≈ 270 km | Travel Time: 7 – 8 hours

Highlights:

▸ Early‑morning pickup from Guwahati Airport / Railway Station (between 8 am – 10 am).
▸ Book a flight/train reaching before  9 am, or arrive a day earlier.
Stay: Overnight in Baghmara or nearby Emangre Village.

Day 2: Wari Chora Exploration

Distance: ≈ 40 km (return) | Travel Time: 1.5 hours each way

Highlights:

▸ Morning drive towards Wari Chora gorge in 4X4 vehicle.
▸ Then trek to Wari Chora.
▸ Paddle a traditional canoe through turquoise canyon waters (life jackets provided).
▸ If time permits – Visit Siju Caves & Jadisil Fish Sanctuary.

Day 3: Wari Chora to Cherrapunji

Distance: ≈ 330 km | Travel Time: 9 – 10 hours

▸ Arrive in Cherrapunji by late evening; relax with misty valley views.
Stay: Overnight in Cherrapunji.



Day 4: Go for the Bamboo Trek & Transfer to Dawki / Shnongpdeng

Distance: 105 km (Cherrapunji➝ Wahkhen ➝ Dawki) | Travel Time: 4 – 5 hours (driving) + 3 – 4 hours trek

▸ Drive to  Wahkhen  village and start the iconic Bamboo Trail Trek (hand‑woven bamboo bridges, roaring falls, dense forest).

Day 5: Enjoy Activities in Shnongpdeng & Transfer to Jowai / Khliehriat

▸ Depart for Jowai.

Day 6: Explore Krem Chympe & Transfer to Shillong

Day 7: Shillong to Guwahati for Departure
